* With recent Maryland legislation, students are now able to receive their HQL and Wear and Carry Training simultaneously as long as the same fundamentals are covered. If you are interested in receiving both HQL and wear and carry permit trainings, be sure to purchase the MD HQL and W&C Bundle.
